Workable (NI)
Workable (NI) is a supported employment programme which supports people with disabilities to maintain employment and / or return to work after a period of absence.
The main aim of Workable (NI) is to prevent and overcome barriers faced by disabled people within employment. Support is tailored to best meet the needs of the individual and employer, to aid progression and development and help create awareness regarding disabilities in the workplace.
Supported Employment Solutions Partnership
Orchardville is part of the Supported Employment Solutions Partnership, which is made up of seven disability organisations from across Northern Ireland who have come together to deliver the Workable (NI) Programme. Orchardville currently have availability for new referrals, to be eligible you must;
- Have a learning disability and/or autism.
- Be employed 10 hours or more a week.
