The Workable (NI) service supports people who have a learning disability, autism or other neurodiverse conditions to sustain and progress within their job.
SkillSET

SkillSET at Orchardville provides employability support to people who have a learning disability, autism or other neurodiverse condition who are looking for a job.
Tap2
18-30 Years
Tap2 is a unique programme offered to young people from the ages of 18-30 with a focus on the transition from school/college into day opportunities and employment.
Orchardville DFC
16-65 Years
Orchardville DFC was launched in September 2018 as a result of successfully competing in the George Best Community Cup. With the support of the IFA Orchardville established a competitive football team to participate in the Northern Ireland Disability Football League.
NextSteps
19-65 Years
NextSteps/Promote supports adults to develop their independence, social skills, a healthy lifestyle and employability skills by offering a range of interesting and challenging activities throughout the week.
