Lord Mayor Joins Us for a Spectacular Orchardville Belfast Christmas Show

The Orchardville Belfast Christmas Show delivered an evening of festive celebration and impressive talent last night as participants took to the stage with their own unique take on Shrek.

The performance, held at the Lagan Village Community Centre, showcased the confidence, creativity and teamwork of the cast, who delighted the audience with their energy and enthusiasm.

The event was attended by the Lord Mayor of Belfast, Cllr Tracy Kelly,and Dr John Kyle, who joined families, supporters and members of the local community in celebrating the achievements of Orchardville’s participants. Special guest Cllr Ruth Brooks was also in attendance, and said the event is one of her favourite nights of the year!

A festive highlight of the evening came with a surprise visit from Santa, who took time out of his busy schedule to meet cast members and spread some Christmas cheer.

The Orchardville Christmas Shows are a joyful celebration of inclusion, community and creativity, reinforcing our commitment to providing meaningful opportunities for people with learning disability and autism.
