If you have a learning disability, autism or other neurodiverse condition and would like help to prepare for a job, we can help!

Our SkillSET activities include:

  • Employability training to help you make a great CV, and learn about job searching, interviews and communication skills.
  • Vocational training in Retail, Catering, Barista and ICT delivered to small groups.
  • Other training courses to improve your confidence and independence include travel training, online safety and money management, and health & wellbeing.
  • Work experience and volunteering opportunities with a wide range of employers to develop your skills.
  • Support for jobseekers to progress into paid work with support throughout the recruitment process as well as on the job training and mentoring.

You’ll get support every step of the way from our team of friendly, encouraging and experienced employment officers.

Eligibility

SkillSET can support you if you are 16+, and have a learning disability, autism, or other neurodiverse condition and need some support with developing your skills and to get a job.
