Farewell Ryan
Today, we say farewell to Ryan, our talented IT Apprentice who joined us in February 2021 through the Workable NI programme. Over the past few years, Ryan has made remarkable progress, developing his skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm, and becoming a valued member of the Orchardville team. This growth was supported by his manager, Yani Garib, our Finance and IT Manager.
Ryan’s Journey
While working with us, Ryan successfully completed his studies at Belfast MET in IT and cybersecurity and recently submitted his dissertation at the end of 2024—an incredible achievement that demonstrates his dedication and hard work.
Ryan’s journey has been about more than just technical skills; his confidence has grown immensely during his time with us. Watching him believe in himself and flourish both personally and professionally has been a privilege for all of us. Ryan truly embodies what Orchardville stands for: that every individual has the right to Live, Learn, and Work.
