Raise Project
Through the Raise Projects, we aim to support young people aged 14+ with SEN who live in South Belfast, East Belfast, Millisle/Donaghadee, to prepare for the transition from school to adult life.
Raise / STARS Project
What the Project Includes
Individually tailored training programme.
Focus on developing independence, social confidence and resilience.
Sessions delivered in school as well as after school including evening/weekends.
Sessions include:
- Travel training
- Money Management
- Work placements
- Finding out about options
